Scheme 3 Donate a glucometer and 730 no gluco strip (for one year) for a juvenile diabetic for blood sugar level checking twice a day. 17,000
Scheme 4 Sponsor a mobile diabetes detection clinic and Awareness camp ( each camp ) 15,000
Scheme 5 Sponsor a weekly diabetes clinic 5,000
Scheme 6 Sponsor a bed for diabetic children in a hospital for a year 75,000
Scheme 7 Sponsor acquisition of an ambulance unit 5 Lakh
Scheme 8 Sponsor a permanent bed in hospital for juvenile diabetics 10 Lakh
Scheme 9 Sponsor acquisition of a dialysis unit 25 Lakh
Scheme 10 Sponsor a dental unit 2 Lakh
Scheme 11 Sponsor a pathology unit 10 Lakh
Scheme 12 Sponsor a diabetic home ( one Block) negotiable

The donation will be duly acknowledged and the project/scheme will be named jointly with the donor and the JDRF India, e.g., Bhagirathi Devi Memorial Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund
